We take as much care in shipping your order as we do in making our delicious confections.
Shipping rates are charged per address and calculated using the table below. Please note that shipping charges are per recipient. Orders placed by 11am EST Mon-Wed (or Thursday for overnight delivery) day will be shipped within 1 day. We offer Overnight, 2nd day, and Standard (up to 7 business days) shipping. For Saturday delivery, please add $20.00 to the overnight shipping charge. (Not available to all areas. Please call for details.)
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
You can also select a specific delivery date that works best for you. For a specified arrival date, please use our shipping chart below as a guide. All orders with a future delivery date will be shipped to arrive as close to that date as possible but could arrive several days early.
UPS® delivers Mon Fri (excluding holidays). Deliveries generally occur between 9am and 5pm to businesses and between 9am and 7pm to residences. Based on the driver¹s discretion, UPS will usually leave a package without a signature. While we will be happy to ship to a home address, it is recommended that someone be home to receive the package. Alternately, you can always ship to a business address to insure the recipient receives the perishable package as soon as possible.
Because temperatures vary across the country, we limit time in transit to two days. We do not ship over the weekend to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday delivery.
Please double check shipping addresses. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in a delay or return of your order which will compromise the chocolates.
You can be assured that your order will arrive in perfect condition. And, when changes in climate or destination require extra care, our chocolates are packed appropriately in climate controlled packaging. However, if for any reason your order does not meet with your satisfaction, simply return it to us for a prompt, courteous replacement, exchange or refund.
